Unibloc Washer

Cleaning equipments post H.A.L. and before full packing


Compact size, easy to use and economical.

This stainless steel conveyorized machine, with compact structure, has been designed to remove and to wash away all residues from the board after "dirty" processes. The unit has particularly proved its effectiveness after H.A.L. The rinsing water backwards cascading system reduces water consumption to a minimum. The two tanks below the rinsing sections are fitted with appropriate filter drawers for effective protection of the pumps. Further filters at the pump outlets prevent clogging of the spraying nozzles.

  • Pre-rinse with cold or warm water
  • Brushing with 4 adjustable nylon brushes ø 115mm
  • Rinsing at high pressure 10 bar (optional 30 bar)
  • Final rinsing with city water
  • Drying with special air jets fed by 2 turbines
  • Final drying with low pressure heated air (adjustable temperature)
