Spinamatic

Pinning machine for stack preparation prior to drilling processvf-logo

Working cycle: The boards are positioned on the working table against the position stops on the backside. The stack during the drilling process is held in position by two pressure feet. Two synchronized drilling heads positioned under the table coming up making the holes from the bottom.

Two vibrators are connected by two pipes to the pressure feet that assure the pin feeding. After the drilling operation two pin drifts insert automatically the pins. The distance between holes/pins is adjustable without any restriction and the distance is readable by a digital counter as well as the stop position on the back (Y axis).

ADVANTAGES

  • Selectable for pinning only and/or drilling & pinning
  • Holes/pins distance and Y position stop with continuous regulation by hand wheels (easy measure reading by mechanical counters)
  • Hydraulic brakes for regular infeed (avoidance of burr on return feed)
  • Air pressure feeding group extremely accessible for inspection and cleaning

OPERATION

spinamatic

  • Drilling & Pinning simultaneously
  • Spindle/Cylinder positioning by Handwheel using accurate Mechanical Counters
  • Mechanical securing of Spindle/Cylinder position
  • Hydraulic Brakes for Z-Axis damping feed (fast approach, regular feed, no exit burr)
  • Automatic Pin Feed

MACHINE FEATURES

  • Max machine dimension: 1610 x 1500 x 750mm
  • Working area: 700 x 700m
  • Pins diameter: 3.00 - 3.175 - 4.00 - 5.00mm
  • Pin lengths: 18 - 20mm
  • Pin feeding: Automatic

WORKING CYCLES

  • Drilling – Pinning (D/S PCB)
  • Pinning – Taping (multilayers)
  • Taping
