Vacancy:
To expand our current organization structure, we are looking for a motivated Field Service & Application Engineer to our department of Optical Inspection Systems of printed circuit boards.

With the accumulation of experience and after internal training, you will be able to independently provide installations, maintenance and service to our customers. Our well-developed periodic maintenance programmes enabled us to achieve a minimum amount of machine interruptions and provides a stable ahead planning of the work we carry out.

Besides the optical inspection systems, our product range includes all required high-quality equipment for the manufacturing of Printed Circuit Boards. Our customers supply their products to a multitude of sectors such as aerospace, automotive, telecom, data communication, medical applications, etc. Our working area extends across Europe. Especially France, Germany, England, Switzerland, Austria, Scandinavia, BeNeLux, Italy & Spain. We are located in Breda, The Netherlands where common sense and working together on the perfect result are important pillars.


Function and training path:
Because we are a close-knit team and want to retain our engineers for a long time, we find it important that our specialists find a good balance between work and leisure time. When you are not on the road we have a very flexible attitude to enjoy extra free time. Our activities are performed on regular working days. There are no emergency services during the night or at the weekends.

On average, our engineers spend 40% of their time "on the job". Planning, preparations and reporting take place at the office. The initial focus will lie on learning our range of Optical Inspection Systems and to be expanded in the future to other products.
The internal training will be taking place in our Headquarters in Breda, The Netherlands.

The Offer:

  • We offer a one-year contract to start with;
  • This will be converted into a permanent contract upon successful fulfilling the training;

    12 monthly salaries and a 13th month in December

Description:

  • Due to the nature of the job with travelling involved, you are at least 24 years old;
  • You have successfully finalised your education in mechanical engineering and/or mechatronics;
  • Experience is a bonus but we deem willingness to learn and a no-nonsense mentality more important;
  • You have a good understanding of computer hardware and Microsoft tools;
  • You are capable to professionally express yourself in speaking and writing in English;
    (German and/or French would be very nice also)
  • You are an EU citizen who lives already in The Netherlands, or in one of the DACH countries.
