As of April 1, Mass has become part of Singulus Technologies AG , a company based in Kahl Am Main in Germany. Singulus operates in the semiconductor industry and has a strong interest in Mass’s vacuum and filling systems for certain specialized applications. At the same time, the company aims to strengthen Mass’s position in the printed circuit board industry through its collaboration with Adeon.
The acquisition was completed in about three months, and we view this as a very positive development. The previous owners were an investment firm based in Dortmund. They have already contributed to investments in further developments, which was presented at the last Productronica at the Adeon booth. With a technology company as our new owners, we anticipate investments that will take us to the next level.
Adeon has signed the agreement with Singulus after holding several extremely positive discussions with their management. This agreement enables Adeon to continue exactly as before thhe acquisition in actively selling and supporting the Mass Via Filling Technology to the European Printed Circuit Board industry.
The entire transition and contract execution with Adeon went extremely smooth for which we like to thank also the Singulus management. Our technical teams have also already exchanged further ideas and concepts that are currently being worked on so stay tuned!
