On July 20 - 2017 Camtek Ltd. has announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to sell its PCB Division to Principle Capital, a private equity firm with a great reputation in taking companies to the next level while focusing on long-term value creation.
Principle Capital owns and invests in leading businesses across a variety of industries, including numerous publicly traded companies in China and Hong Kong. Principle Capital specializes in teaming up with companies’ existing leadership aiming at expanding and strengthening great brands such as Camtek's.
Moreover, by providing sufficient capital and other resources after the closing of the transaction Principle Capital plans to enable the expansion of the acquired PCB division into new markets and product categories.
Camtek’s PCB product portfolio is known for its superiority which enabled Camtek to occupy leading positions globally and now Principle Capital sees this as a unique opportunity to further expand and strengthen it.

As far as Camtek customers are concerned, there will be no practical change whatsoever in the way your business with Camtek is being conducted since, as the new owner, Principle Capital is committed to ensure that you will continue receiving the same high quality products and support for your existing and future equipment.
