MARCH's BUSINESS
March Plasma Systems, located in Concord, CA and St. Petersburg, FL, is a world leader in gas plasma technology for micro- and opto-electronic packaging and PCB industries. The company designs and manufactures a complete line of plasma treatment systems, and maintains an expert staff of scientists and engineers trained in plasma science and in advanced packaging and PCB technology. With support centers in The USA, The Netherlands and Japan, March is able to offer optimized and tailor made service and support.
For PCB manufacturing, plasma technology can deliver higher uniformity and reproducibility than chemical or mechanical process. Plasma treatment increases the surface energy of advanced materials, including Teflon®, providing excellent lamination and wettability for plating through-holes. Plasma also removes resin smear created in the drilling process and removes carbon by-products from blind vias.
Products: - FP64 Plasma Treatment System - MARCH Plasma PCB Series - MARCH Plasma R-Series - MARCH Plasma Vacuum Storage Systems - PROVIA™ Plasma Treatment System - Cleaning/Contamination Removal - Crosslinking - Deposition Coat - Etch - Functionalize - Carbon Removal - Desmear and Etch Back - Inner Layer Preparat - Residue Removal - Teflon Activation
