A6

The A6 is the largest atg Luther & Maelzer Flying Prober with a test area up to 610 x 610 mm possible. This machine boasts a new universal shuttle system (loading) which makes easy work of loading rigid boards and also flexible products. Designed for ease of use (shuttle can be flipped into a vertical position) this shuttle can clamp or stretch the product to be tested insuring a secure product holding while treating the boards with care. The A6 has 16 high speed test heads with 8 scanning cameras, high voltage test capabilities and Softouch probes are all standard features. 4-wire Kelvin test and latest methods of testing are available as options.

• Manufacturers of rigid or flexible PCBs
• Batch sizes of up to 80 PCBs
• Pad / Pitch = 1.4 / 3 mil
• Special testing requirements (4-Wire, MicroShort Detection® etc.)
