A5a
Based on the renowned A5 Flying Prober, this automated version was brought to the market late in 2007. It has already proven itself to be a favourite amongst our customers for various reasons.
The machine brings all the advantages and functions of the A5 together with automation. In simple terms this machine is conceived for lights out operation, meaning it can be stacked full with boards in the evening before closing and the boards will be tested over night. It is even possible to stack different products in the automation and the machine will recognise the product to be tested automatically.
The A5a has a cycle time (test time not included) of approximately 20 seconds from loading to arriving in the pass/fail stacker. A board marking system can also be integrated.
All our automats can be operated manually.
Ideal for:
- Manufacturers of rigid PCBs
- Batch sizes of up to 150 PCBs
- Pad / Pitch = 2 / 4 mil
- Special testing requirements (4-Wire, MicroShort Detection® etc.)
