ABL 30 Evaporater

Capacity: 2 pcbs per minute
A) Function:
Freshly coated pcbs have to be evaporated before drying. Pcbs enter the paternoster across belts. They are transported on racks. These racks can be flat or V-shaped. If both pcb sides are coated, the rack has to be V-shaped. In this case the pcb only lies on its exterior edges on the rack and is lifted above within a cycle of 30 sec. Then the pcb is pushed to the outfeed side and cycled downwards. The pcb runs through several zones of evaporation with a temperature of approx. 30°C. The solvents can escape with ease. The ink remains absolutely "alone". The following drying process is prepared perfectly.
B) Advantages:
• Automatic in- and outfeed
• Careful transport on racks
• Additional period of rest before drying
• Space- saving compact design
