Pinning Twin
Two heads Pinning machine for stacks already drilled from a previous process.

WORKING CYCLE: The ML boards are positioned on the working table and coinciding the holes on the centring pins. The pinning heads down stroke, the pins insertion are activated from two buttons which must be pushed simultaneously. After the return of the centring pin under the working table is possible unload the pinned stack and the machine will be ready for the next cycle.

Pins diameter: 3.00 - 3.17 - 4.00 - 5.00 mm
Pins length: 18 - 20 mm
Working area: 700 x 700 mm
Pins automatic feeding.
Holes/pins distance with continuous regulation by hand wheel.
Air pressure feeding group extremely accessible for inspection and cleaning.
