Mustang 600 is an advanced Automated Final Inspection (AFI) system dedicated for final inspection of High-Density (HD) PCBs with a wide range of panel sizes.
Mustang 600 scans consumer applications such as: mobile phones, PDA's, MP3 players, Memory cards, Flash memories, Digital cameras and more.
Mustang 600 is equipped with a new highly sensitive CCD camera and with two independent illumination systems; one is optimized for plated metallic surfaces (gold / silver / tin / OTC /copper) and the other for a variety of solder mask colors and hues. Its enhanced Image Acquisition system, along with its robust Image Processing engine, enables the detection of fine defects and micro-cracks on most demanding applications.
