This new machine is the last evolution of our successful
Pem Planarizer, still leading in the most important markets
worldwide with more than 80 installations by the main PCBs
manufacturers.
Our consolidated experience allowed us to develop a more
flexible machine able to match all the complexities coming from
the new build-up technologies in the multilayer manufacturing.
This single brush module allows the perfect control of every
movement of the tool in 3 different axis.
This machine can be useful for small productions and used to
increase the capabilities of the existing Pem Planarizer Lines.
The panels are conveyed on a rubber belt and pinch rollers
ensure steady and reliable transfer through the machine.
A grinding rotating brush can oscillate (the oscillation can be
adjustable) and the conveyor can be moved in a flat surface.
Special grinding or polishing brushes can be used in the module.
A spray manifold fitted with flat nozzles ensures the processing
chamber to be kept always cleaned.
This module is built in stainless steel with an additional aluminium
frame for doors opening for easy and fast maintenance.
The water drain underneath the conveyor belt had been studied to
prevent any obstruction or residual deposits.
The basic module can work with the conveyor set up in 2 different
modes: in continuous, in order to have a faster production like the
existing machine or in “step by step” mode to ensure that no overbrush
will be in any part of the surface to be treated.
In the basic module different oscillation speed can be also set up
and it’s possible to set up the portion of the brush which may
exceed the sides of the boards. Adjustable brush rotation speed.
