High produtivity machine: stack preparation for drilling process.
High productivity machine for stack preparation before the PCB drilling process. Executes automatically and at the same time the pinning, taping and unloading (stacking) operations on the PCB panels ready to be drilled. The operator has to select the panels, put them together on the working table against the mechanical references and push the START button. Every 80/90 cycles the operator has to change the pallets with the stack already made ready for drilling.The setup is very easy and friendly: three hand wheels for pin distance (X axis), stop on end on the Y axis, distance between tapes with digital measure reading. Small foot print and used space: 80-90 stacks superimposed one to the other.
