Pinning machine for stacks preparation before drilling process.
WORKING CYCLE: The boards are positioned on the working table against the position stops on the backside. The stack during the drilling process is held in position by two pressure feet. Two synchronized drilling heads positioned under the table coming up making the holes from the bottom. Two vibrators are connected by two pipes to the pressure feet that assure the pin feeding. After the drilling operation two pin drifts insert automatically the pins. The distance between holes/pins is adjustable without any restriction and the distance is readable by a digital counter as well as the stop position on the back (Y axis). SPINAMATIC is very simple and practice to use, with high level of mechanisms that forms the base for all the other our machines, like: Pinning, Combi 22, Octopus.
TECHNICAL DATA: Working area: 700 x 700 mm Pins diameter: 3.00 - 3.17 - 4.00 - 5.00 mm Pins length: 18 - 20 mm Pins feeding: Automatic Holes/pins distance and Y position stop with continuous regulation by hand wheels (easy measure reading by mechanical counters). Hydraulic brakes for regular infeed (absence of burr on return feed). Air pressure feeding group extremely accessible for inspection and cleaning. By changing the drilling heads with centring pins device is possible to select only the Pinning operation for pinning multilayers already drilled from a previous process.
