The Magazine Dryer is very easy to operate – install and operate!
Different sizes of PCBs can be loaded into the magazines, e.g. at the screen printer or at the developer, and are brought to the dryer by transport carriages. The magazine can be pushed into the dryer and taken off at the outfeed. It runs above rolls in cycles through the dryer. The sizes of magazines depend from the sizes of PCBs.
Choosing the program button can activate the requested application. The 4 stored programs can be selected by pressing the respective button. The selected program is displayed.
The single steps of drying are loading, heating on, holding of temperature, cooling down, unloading. The loading and unloading area is accessible by glass doors. The sight windows allow the visual control.
