Plane Raze Device SV100
The Plane Raze Device removes the cured plugging paste excess after the hole plugging process from pcbs, thus receiving a very plane and flat surface. In the same time the copper is sanded down to a specified thickness all over the board.
The result: Uniform finish with fine surface roughness
Superior sanding is achieved by sanding pressure controlled rotation and oscillation head motion.
Main applications:
Sanding after hole plugging
Deburring and dressing after through hole drilling (thick panels)
Dressing after plating, built-up PCB
Dressing and cleaning of stainless press plates
Dressing of multilayers
The Function:
The panel will be fixed by vacuum to vacuum table. The vacuum also avoids the bending of thinner panels. The vacuum sander holds the round sandpaper, which also has some holes for the grinding dust removal through the sanding device.
Specially designed guides and a grinding pressure adjustment take care of the sanding results. Possible damages of the copper surface are avoided this way.
The working area is protected by glass cover.
This manual equipment will be improved to a half automatic version. All movements will be done by stepper motors. The full automatic razing system will be a new development, equipped with loader and unloader. A specific sanding program will be created. The sander will follow up this program, depending on the variation of copper thickness to receive the most uniform copper thickness.
