Separating of component fitted printed circuit boards Scored or grooved printed circuit board blanks are separated with TVA separator. The printed circuit boards are carefully separated stress free by two rolling round cutters, one above and one below, without stressing the surface tension.
Operating principle: The printed circuit board to be detached is pushed along the guide blade between the revolving blades, a notch of the printed circuit board coinciding precisely with the guide blade. Once the leading edge of the printed circuit board reaches the revolving blades, it is pulled in and cut by the blades. The formats are transported out via an inclined guide plate. The edge and intermediate connecting lips have been detached and fall through a chute into a container to be provided for this purpose. A plastic bracket is mounted in front of the revolving blades as a safety device to prevent direct access to the revolving blades.
