Rivolino I + II

The RIVOLINO is a multiple drilling and riveting system for the semi automatic riveting of the inner layers and prepregs to a multilayer.
Lowest tolerances also for high layer count multilayers with more than 20 layers
Layer shifting of multilayers reduced to an average of 10µm
Only 6 to 8mm border necessary to fix with rivets
Multilayer package thickness from 0.3 bis 5.7mm possible
Very efficient change over to various panel sizes
Manual layup on the riveting shuttle (Rivolino-I) and automatic riveting process
Optional flattening device for rivets to produce packages with outside prepreg
Optional panel lift system with separate layup table (Rivolino-II) for higher production capacity
Production capacity for Rivolino-I up to 50-60 multilayer/h
Production capacity for Rivolino-II up to 80-90 multilayer/h
