About us:
The company was founded in 1990 as W&S Automation BV and operating from the premises of W&S Benelux BV, the former sister company, in the town of Raamsdonksveer. In 1996 the name changed to Adeon Technologies BV when we became an independent company and moved to our new and bigger premises also in Raamsdonksveer. Since 2002 we are based in the nearby town of Oosterhout.
In the early nineties we have experienced year on year steady growth of the company by expanding our different product lines as distributor for the Printed Circuit Board manufacturing industry. At the same time we have expanded our working area from the BeNeLux to the United Kingdom, Germany, Switserland, Austria, and the Nordic region.
In 2006 Adeon acquired the UK branch from Everett Charles Inc. (ECT), which was set up as the UK service organisation for the ATG line of electrical testers. ECT. This acquisition enabled us to specialise on the ATG equipment next to the already existing product line from Luther & Maelzer and as a result of that we are operating from two offices in The Netherlands and in the United Kingdom.
